Application Information

Connected by Seams Foundation offers a $2500 scholarship for athletes who embody integrity, dedication, positive helpful attitude, sportsmanship, commitment, generosity and professionalism - all the same character traits that Seth Smith exemplified on and off the field. Right now, the Seth Smith Scholarship is open for all to apply! Who is eligible? Any current student athlete who is currently attending or applying to a small college for the upcoming term and invited to play on a sports team. Applications for the Fall 2021 semester applications are due Monday, May 31st at 12:00 AM PST. Winners will be announced on Saturday, June 12, 2021. To apply, write us a letter about yourself, include a video introducing you and why you are choosing to apply for the Connected by Seams scholarship.

Scholarship Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age OR high school graduate

• A legal US resident

• Invited to play on a college sports team

• Currently enrolled at an institution of higher learning or will be enrolling in the upcoming term

• Resume and introduction video
